At Lavender’s Bake Shop, all orders are shipped via USPS from Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Processing Your Order
I take great pride in getting your orders out as quickly as possible! đź’ś
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
📦 Please note: We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local post office.
Once packages are handed over to USPS, they are out of our control.
Lavender’s Bake Shop is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Delays caused by USPS
- Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

No refunds will be issued for packages not recovered.

All sales are final.
Because our products are food-related items, returns and exchanges are not accepted for health and safety reasons.

If you happen to receive an incorrect item, please email a photo of the product as soon as possible, and I’ll make sure the correct item is sent to you right away.
