Shipping and Returns
- Shipping: Here at Lavender's Bake Shop orders are shipped with USPS Priority Shipping. Orders are shipped from Miami, Fl. Each order comes with up to $50 in insurance incase your order is received damaged. In that case please contact me right away with proof of the damage and an insurance claim will be filed with USPS. Refund from USPS will take between 7-10 business days.
- Processing Your Order: I pride myself on getting your orders out as quickly as possible. Due to COVID-19 there is a 3 to 4 day processing. Before your order is shipped out. Once it has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track your package. Please note we DO NOT ship over the weekends.
- Lost Orders: If you have checked your tracking information and it states it has been delivered and you have not received it, please call or visit your local post office. Once your order has been dropped off at the post office I no longer have control of your package. It is now in the hands of USPS and that matter will need to be handled with them. Incase you need to reach them by phone, their phone number is 1-800-275-8777 Please note Lavender's Bake Shop is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Also if you provided an incorrect address on your order, Lavender's Bake Shop can not be held responsible for that matter either. No Refunds will be issued if package has not been recovered.
- Canceled Orders: Canceled orders are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! All products sold at Lavender's Bake Shop are items related to food therefore cannot be returned. If you have any questions regarding size and measurements, please ask before completing your purchase as new items will be not excepted either. If you happened to receive an incorrect item, please kindly take a photo and email me asap and the correct item will be shipped out to you.
